A second wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated EcoSystems, Inc's mission is to become a leader in solution-based alternative energy technologies, specifically in the agriculture-to-energy arena. This fast growing area of DEG's portfolio has made several crossover investments into the US cattle markets, with an intent to look for ways to bridge the current gap between food and fuel.

A second aspect of IES's business is the expansion into biomass algae production as an alternative feedstock for biodiesel. With more and more focus shifting algae as a future fuel, Integrated's algae pond system falls in line with the mission of the parent company. Biofuels remain the only renewable liquid transportation fuel available. Integrated EcoSystems believes that such projects will ultimately develop a sustainable, renewable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly substitute for petroleum oil.

Green Machine Solutions, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Group that specializes in green energy and conservation products and services. After unveiling and assisting in the marketing of several products in 2008, GMS has been able to attract brilliant like-minded individuals who would like to see the same type of success for their green ideas. The company will remain on the forefront of the alternative revolution by working with inventors, engineers and chemists on any and all viable renewable energy saving devices.
